Who we are
Crontinel (crontinel.com) is a Laravel background job and cron monitoring service operated by Harun Ray. Questions? Email privacy@crontinel.com.
What we collect
- Account data: Your name, email address, and hashed password - used for authentication.
- Organization and app data: App names, API keys, monitor configuration - the core product data.
- Monitoring data: Cron run records, queue depths, Horizon status - sent from your app via the Crontinel package.
- Billing data: Payment method metadata (last 4 digits, card type) stored by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
- Server logs: Standard web server logs including IP addresses. Not stored in the database.
- Analytics: Aggregate page view data on crontinel.com (not on app.crontinel.com). Requires your consent.
What we do not collect
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not place advertising or marketing cookies on app.crontinel.com.
- We do not track you across other websites.
Why we collect it
- To provide the monitoring service.
- To send you alerts and transactional emails (registration, billing, alerts).
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To improve the product using aggregate, anonymised analytics.
Data storage and retention
Data is stored on servers in the EU (Hetzner, Frankfurt). Monitoring data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings - all data is purged within 30 days.
Third-party services
- Stripe - payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
- Resend - transactional email delivery.
- Cloudflare - CDN and DDoS protection. Cloudflare sees your IP to route requests.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, you have the right to:
- Access - download all your data as JSON from your profile page.
- Correction - update your name and email in your profile settings.
- Deletion - delete your account; data is purged within 30 days.
- Portability - your data export is in machine-readable JSON format.
- Objection - email privacy@crontinel.com.
Cookies
On app.crontinel.com we use only strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF). No analytics or advertising cookies on the app.
On crontinel.com we use analytics cookies with your consent only.
Changes to this policy
We will notify registered users by email if we make material changes to this policy. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
